Installation in Gephi 0.9.0 seems to require plugin update

I am unable to install the plugin in Gephi 0.9.0. When I try to do that i asks me for plugin org.gephi.data.attributes.api version 0.8.0.6.
I thought of installing an earlier version of Gephi 0.8.0 but that seems to require downgrading Java version, something I would not like to do.
Is there an easy way to update the plugin to 0.9.0? Perhaps following the instructions here and changing the dependencies?
