This release includes the new `databricks labs` command to install, manage, and run Databricks Labs projects. databricks configurecreates a new .databrickscfg if one doesn't already exist, butdatabricks auth loginfails in this case. Becausedatabricks auth loginanyways writes out the config file, we gracefully handle this error and continue.Tests
