Added environment prefix/suffixes for single workspace usage

Added environment ("staging" and "prod") prefixes to service principal display names and suffixes to directories.

Add AAD application owner and AAD token retry, and fix SP naming

• Add owner to AAD application for service principal
• Add scope support for Databricks internal users
• Add retry to AAD token fetch
• Fix service principal naming to input variable

Update service principal and SP group name input

1. Grant the created SPs cluster creation entitlements
2. Add group_name as input
3. Show an example usage of the infra module together with the project in the docs
