This is a hard coded path. and needs to be changed to a relative one for this project

@benrayden37 have you written R functions and/or R packages before? might be worth converting your work into a more general tool for the lab.

Are you planning to use this PR for #32 as well? If so:

  1. The README.md file doesn't contain a research question or focus, it's just listing things you're planning to do
    • E.g., why are you plannig to run all those methods?
  2. The Rmd document has a non-working data load call and still has the default boilerplate text

@benrayden37 I messed something up while fixing up some git things (see #53):

can you run this command in your repo on your computer

git log --oneline --graph --decorate --all

and send me the results?
