Groups

Defining groups in the project

Required user role: ADMIN

Creating groups is optional. Groups help organize buckets in Databucket frontend.

Group fields:

• Short name - short group name (1-5 characters) (*)
• Name - group name (5-30 characters) (*)
• Description - explanatory description (*)
• Assigned buckets - number of buckets assigned to the group
• Access for user - number of users assigned to the group directly
• Access via role - rule name witch access to the group (ADMIN or MEMBER)
• Access via team - number of teams with access to the group
• Created by - creator name
• Created at - creation date and time
• Modified by - last modifier (*)
• Modified at - last modification date and time (*)

(*) Displayed in the group selection window.
