A registry for preprint servers

As a literature repository wanting to aggregate preprints, I want to find all life sciences preprints in existence.

The problem is that not all preprints are assigned DOIs (eg arXiV assigns an internal arXiv identifier to preprints it hosts) and so these preprints cannot be found through DOI registration agencies such as Crossref and Datacite).
