Since github can now host containers, it would be a great idea to automate the docker container builds and publish them up here as artifacts.

As an update, this is now aimed at publishing to Dockerhub under the ddtraining user. The final service to move to this pipeline will be storefront.

As of #49 #69 and #75 this is now completed! We have an upcoming issue which I consider separate to this goal in #82
