  • It is a bit harder to add structure in the newly added scaffold tree in the filter panel- mouse is much easier to change to hand once there are structures or scaffold view is easier
  • Filter refresh doesn't wipe out the scaffold tree check box
  • Lastly people can not give name to the saved tree, but they can change the name manually later.

Set a default name so that the user does not have to enter a name each time, but only if they want to set a specific name
