Remove spam datasets on datahub.io uploaded around 2013

After testing out Google's Dataset Search tool, I found some spam datasets uploaded to the old datahub.io around 2013.

How to reproduce

• Go to https://toolbox.google.com/datasetsearch/search and use the site: operator to filter by "site:datahub.io"
• Search for "black site:datahub.io" to find the spam dataset that I uncovered. There seemed to be other spam datasets uploaded around the same time if you use the before/after operators https://toolbox.google.com/datasetsearch/search?query=black%20site%3Adatahub.io%20after%3A2013%2F01%2F01%20before%3A2014%2F01%2F01&docid=V4qwoERMWM%2BIp7VOAAAAAA%3D%3D

Expected behavior

Could these spam datasets be removed?
