Enables extracting BigQuery lineage metadata from Data Lineage API
This pull request aims to give users other options to extract their metadata. Data Catalog API exposes lineage metadata with Dataplex. For example, users can extract lineage metadata generated by Dataform jobs.
It's recommended to read about the data lineage with dataplex to have more details about this contribution.
