feat(graphql) Prevent duplicate glossary term names within a group #8187

Add a check when creating Glossary Terms to ensure that there are no other terms within the same term group (or at the root level if the new term is going to be at the root level) that have the same name.

Checklist

  • The PR conforms to DataHub's Contributing Guideline (particularly Commit Message Format)
  • Links to related issues (if applicable)
  • Tests for the changes have been added/updated (if applicable)
  • Docs related to the changes have been added/updated (if applicable). If a new feature has been added a Usage Guide has been added for the same.

You could probably repurpose this for the testGetFailureExistingTermSameName if you support passing in a SearchResult and a result Hashmap

Does this mean if there were more than 1000 that we might miss some in this validation?

that is correct. in reality it's extremely unlikely that anyone has more than 1000 entities inside of one term group / folder... but paginating here might make sense just to guard against unexpected use cases.
