This should say what type of support can be expected/requested by (instituttional/commericial) users. This is not about a pricing table. ATM we have
I think this should be factored into a dedicated place. It should also keep in mind that not all DataLad users are individual tinkerers.
Moreover, by pointing everyone to neurostars to ask any questions, we are placing a high bar for anyone who has nothing to do with neuroscience.
