After the Windows 10 2004 update, the Seq service may fail to start, with:

Error: "Seq is unavailable. Failed to initialize storage: Primary index is corrupt. The database must be defragmented or the table deleted."

While it doesn't appear there's anything we can do to avoid these issues (the update, and the affected Seq builds, are already out there), it's a reasonable assumption that users will try to fix the issue by upgrading Seq.

This gives us an opportunity to automatically run the esentutl /d default.quince command-line, and fix the issue during the upgrade process :-)
