The loading of this app differs between Windows/.NET Framework (we run app processes under this) and Docker/Linux/.NET Core.

We chose not to try unifying references to Newtonsoft.JSON in the Seq 5 app runner (we do unify Serilog references); seems like this was the wrong choice.

Verified fixed in 5.1.2679-pre. We'll have a new image that includes this published in the next week or so.
