Can we convert this data to .geojson?

This Repo is quite heavy as it is. And when you convert the Distritcs, PCs or ACs to GeoJSON, the Files are quite large (> 15 MB) I don't think there is a need right now to un-necessarily increase the Size of repo. It becomes difficult for people when they clone the repo.

Would documenting the instructions to convert this shapefile format to KML & GeoJSON help?

we could also mention browser-based tools like geojson.io or mapshaper.org (which still keep the data at client side only and don't store it for themselves) that make conversion much easier for, say, students who aren't operating on an admin account and can't install something, or users who can't download the full gis tools for some reason, or users who aren't familiar with what to do with command lines. (esp when it's not mentioned that one has to put those commands in a command prompt / terminal 🐙 )
