Cater for user incorrect specification of Collection with embedded elements #232

In JPA a user can specify

@ElementCollection
@JoinTable
List<MyEmbeddedType> myList;

and this to mean create a table and store the embedded elements in that. They should have used @CollectionTable to get the correct metadata.
