Steps

1. First decide whether the LICENSE should be Open Government Licence (OGL) Version 3 (default) or MIT
2. Edit the CONTRIBUTING.md file
3. Review each file before adding to this repository; ensure no usernames, machine names etc are included
4. Review all comments
5. Review TODOs
6. Create a Release
