[Improvement] Support getting key table file from remote HDFS cluster with kerberos enabled #3547

What would you like to be improved?

Currently, we can download key table file from remote HDFS cluster kerberos enable, we'd better support it. for more please see:
https://github.com/datastrato/gravitino/blob/17ed48ba52aae0b6430f8aa96a675e8619700d54/catalogs/catalog-hive/src/main/java/com/datastrato/gravitino/catalog/hive/FetchFileUtils.java#L39-L41

How should we improve?

We'd better add extra configuration as the principal and key table to download key table from remote HDFS cluster.
