Update Bearer Token Reference, Markdown and Spelling Fixes

The Intent was to focus on the bearer token reference
As this required reviewing each impacted page (tedious), I added:

• markdown formatting - indentation below ordered lists
• markdown linting fixes
• spelling fixes

While this is a big PR of tedious changes, I have clicked through each page to ensure it renders cleanly and formatted properly

I did not attempt to replicate/validate all the samples. However, the samples were not changed.
