@honourfish, I realized this doc was within the Developer API node, as opposed to the Developer Patterns. I've moved it, so we can cover the specific SCITT API interfaces within the API section. And, we'll show specific API examples, as opposed to scripts.

I'd also change the name from "scitt-api" sooner rather than later to save work when you start creating links to this document in the eventual API reference.
