Why?
v14 になって css-in-js に対するサポートの度合いが弱まり、MUI を使っている分にはあまり css-in-js を書くこともないから
また、仮に css-in-js をガッツリ書くことなっても、大きめのフレームワークは eslint の plugin を出しているので必要性が薄いため
