There's a lot of miscellaneous differences across multiple CRDs. I don't know exactly why, perhaps fluxcd is not especially hermetic with how they generate CRDs, perhaps previous contributors were cherry-picking or not being very thorough.
I simply pulled v2.2.2 and extracted the CRD-Schemas file, then relocated all the schemas to the correct positions and renamed them to match the expected naming convention for the catalog.
