People are confused by the ratings point transfer statement. It was
suggested to me that it be changed to something like:

"Team A loses 3 ratings pts. Team B gains 3 ratings pts"

Ok. I think i've made the changes as requested. I've attached screen shots of what
happens in a non-tie situation and a tie situation
If you are all happy with the changes I've made, then I'll commit them back to the trunk.

Hey, I never claimed to know how to spell.

One last thing:
Is there any case where the teams would tie, but points would still be transfered?
I've seen a couple of them in there, but can't figure out why that would be or how to
handle it. In fact, I don't think LR does either because I remember seeing a negative
Rating Points value.
Any thoughts?

Also, s/transfered/transferred/ I think transfered is acceptable, but transferred is
more correct.

I think it is possible in rare cases for a team to lose points even in the case of a
tie. For example, if a high-rated team ties a very low-rated team, the low-rated
team might gain a point or two from the higher-rated one.

I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, as it's likely to confuse people.
Instead, we might want to just change save_elo_rating() to set rating_points for the
game to zero in the event of a tie.
