Implemented the Drag Drop of Tasks onto Tasks - transfer bookings and move tasks.
Still to do - drag task onto programme (less used case)
Still to do - drag booking number onto task or summary (important) - SUPERSEDED see below

No need to do drag and drop of booking number onto task, as now made this a right click option.
