This no longer lives on Github, so we should link to the canonical repo in the README, in my opinion.

This github repo is referenced in https://groups.drupal.org/node/453773#comment-1089963. I had downloaded and installed before I found https://www.drupal.org/project/patchfile which points to the bitbucket repo.
