This telegram bot allows users to subscribe to specific NEM wallets and sending them a message upon activity on that wallet
to set it up please install the following node.js packages:
npm install --save telegram-node-bot npm install node-persist
to configure it please edit config.json and change the telegram api key:
Optionally the supernode to which we connect to can be changed as well
