list dir tree creation duplicates server folder #207

environment: node: v8.11.3
I cloned latest version of this repo. At First every thing was okay but when I deleted dist directory. and build again system failed to run. it looks like app.js is not found in 'dist/server/app.js' path ,
I have attached dist tree for more info.

dist is autogenerated and you don't have to alter it.
