64bit file transfers don't work #53

Frank has reported that 64bit file transfers don't work:

A big file:
-rw-------. 1 fdc wheel 4294967298 Aug 20 13:52 BIGFILE
which requires more than 32 bits represent its size. I tried to send it to CKW B2 and it said "Refused, size". So I guess it doesn't like 33-bit file sizes!
