Added TFT support for ET4/5
- ET4/5 tested.
- Screen log when updating from SD
- SD re-init when eject/insert
- Some other fixes and logic changes to work as intended
Just flash it with J-Link on 0x0800000 and if you have the previous version, you could use DFU mode to update the BL.
