Issue with video playback on Windows 7 #39

There is an issue with video playback on a recent 32 bit Windows 7 install. The Video window is in the taskbar but not displayed.

The window is getting initialized corre ctly, it seems like the vlc player is not getting found. This seems to be a library path issue.
