We should change the script so that a build also does packing and publishes the artefacts to somewhere where we can pull it down to your laptop and try it.

lets try to get windows build, pack and then release working for Windows ?

I don't have windows dev machine. you do ?
If so you can adjust the make file in the right places where I setup the scaffold and then you can see it also happening in CI.
