📓 Create contributor guidelines doc and add emoji naming convention

I can't find git standards for contributing to this repo, specifically what the emojis for commit types mean. @dawsbot I would be happy to add some clear documentation if you could give me quick run down on what each emoji means. Also I love the use of emojis its so fun🙏🙏🙏
