Externalize userprofile.html question string matching #44

There is support in userprofile.html for parsing a table of data pasted by end users. The matching of the question/scale names are hard coded in Swedish specifically for the Copsoq scale, which was the initial use case.

These strings should be externalized and moved to Producer.
