I use a Dvorak keyboard layout instead of the more traditional Qwerty layout. In order to activate the re-frame-10x panel, I need to enter, on my keyboard, "C-d" as opposed to "C-h", where my D key has supplanted the Qwerty H. When I press the H key as it is found on conventional, Qwerty keyboards, I am, as a Dvorak user, intending to register a D.
So, basically, the browser ignored the OS-level reconfiguration of my keyboard and instead responded to the "C-h" input as it would be inputted on a conventional, Qwerty keyboard, which in my case happened to be "C-d".
