Bugfix: Custom MAYA_APP_DIR or Documents path
This is a bugfix release for the following issue:
- "Install Plugins" button does not work with custom Documents path or custom MAYA_APP_DIR settings.
- DLL/DYLIB filename changed to
dzmayabridge
to match naming scheme for other Daz Studio plugins - Updated CMake to create new DLL/DYLIB name
Manual Installation Instructions:
- Uninstall any previous 2022 version of the DazToMaya Bridge using Daz Central or DIM. If you manually installed a previous 2022 version, be sure to look for the older name,
dzbridge_maya.dll
to remove. - Download and unzip the
dzmayabridge.dll
file. - Copy the
dzmayabridge.dll
file into the Daz Studio "plugins" folder, which is located inside the Daz Studio program folder. Ex: C:\DAZ 3D\Applications\64-bit\DAZ 3D\DAZStudio4\plugins - Restart Daz Studio and update the Maya Plugin using the Install Plugin button in the Advanced Settings section of the Bridge.
