A significant refactoring of the code base is required to address testability and maintenance issues. Once this is done it will improve stability and ability to quickly roll out new features in the future.

For most people this should be a non breaking change, however for anyone that was using DnnPackager.exe directly, or perhaps using some of the additional features of DnnPackager that required setting explicit MsBuild variables, then some of these might change in this release. Therefore this will be a new major version.
