Description
Parallelize the parts of dbt that fill the cache and list schemas (by database), using
concurrent.futures.ThreadPoolExecutor.Checklist
This PR includes tests, ortests are not required/relevant for this PRCHANGELOG.mdand added information about my change to the "dbt next" section.
