Otherwise we'll get:
E AttributeError: module 'dbt.events.types_pb2' has no attribute 'GenericTestFileParse'

I regenerated the event proto types on this branch (running make proto_types), and the failing unit test was passing locally. If that's the case, I don't think we need #7887.
