Cleaned up some long-standing issues.

  • Show seeds and snapshots in the project tree and database view
  • Show snapshots in the database view
  • Render edges in DAG between seeds/snapshots and downstream models
  • Fix links for "Refocus on node" and "View Documentation" in DAG context menu for seeds
  • Support custom schema tests (we try our best, for now) in the column list view
  • Support the Accepted Values test in the column list view
  • Cleaned up some repeated code where I could
  • Show sources and snapshots in database view

TODO:

  • Test this some more
  • Clean up some now-incorrect comments / unused code
  • Fix table metrics (the names may have changed for Snowflake (+ others?) in 0.15.0)
  • Fix missing relation names in seed sample SQL (double check snapshots)
