Demonstrate field level encryption using Credhub on PCF.

Create the following services in PCF:
myappdb MySQL service instance
mycredhub Credhub service broker instance with the property mysecret=super-secret-encrytion-key
eg. cf create-service credhub default mycredhub -c config.json
To add a record:
curl -i -H "Content-Type:application/json" -d '{"firstName": "Frodo", "lastName": "Baggins", "piiData": "secret-data"}' http://localhost:8080/people
To fetch all the records:
curl http://localhost:8080/people
