White level option

Hello,

In my particular case I have Shelly RGBW devices and would be good to have the following options for the card:

At the top selectable modes:
RGB | White

In case of RGB the slider controls the Brightness. In case of White the slider controls white_level.

+1 for conditonal scenes like if RGB have xyz options what you define and for white be able to define different scenes (like 20%, 50%, 80%, 100% for example)
