Optionally use more than one thread for deleting objects on a storage system, configurable by Storage attribute

Name Type Description (LDAP Attribute)
Deleter Threads string Number of Threads used for deletion of objects from the Storage System. (dcmDeleterThreads)

Broken in 5.15.0 (Only deletes first fetch_size of objects/metadata).
