Consider Character Set of HL7 v2 messages in received Audit messages configurable by ENV HL7_CHARSET (Default: ISO-8859-1) on decoding the base64 encoded original message to UTF-8 (fields: 'HL7v2Message' and HL7v2Message2) to ensure that non-ASCII character are displayed correctly.
