Optionally ignore present (2050,0020) Presentation LUT Shape on retrieve of rendered DICOM images by WADO-RS or WADO-URI services, configurable by

Wado Ignore Presentation LUT Shape boolean Indicates to ignore (2050,0020) Presentation LUT Shape, but prioritize value of (0028,0004) Photometric Interpretation to determine if minimum sample value is intended to be displayed as white (=MONCHROME1) or as black (=MONCHROME2) on retrieve of rendered DICOM images by WADO-RS or WADO-URI services. (dcmWadoIgnorePresentationLUTShape)

on Archive Device or Archive Network AE level.

Rationale: There are known DX objects which wrong values for (2050,0020) Presentation LUT Shape, resulting in inverted rendered DICOM images (s. Fuji CR image shown as inverted in WADO).
