Provide Modality Worklist and Unified Worklist Services by particular Archive AE WORKLIST by default configuration - instead of providing Modality Worklist and Unified Worklist also by Archive AE DCM4CHEE.
Provide/Invoke Modality Performed Procedure Step Services by Archive AE DCM4CHEE and Archive AE WORKLIST.

Configurable by slapd-dcm4che docker container Environment Variable:

AE_TITLE_WORKLIST

Title of the Application Entity providing Modality Worklist and Unified Worklist Services.
Default value is WORKLIST.

Rationale: There are modalities, which can't be configured, to query Modality Worklist and store objects to the same AE.

docker exec <ldap-container> update-data 5.29.1

only adds Archive AE WORKLIST to the configuration of the Archive Device, but does not remove Transfer Capabilities for Modality Worklist and Unified Worklist Services from Archive AE DCM4CHEE to avoid to risk breaking existing installations.
