Rationale : With #4067 multiple patient identifiers of a patient record are now shown by default in the archive UI using comma separator, with primary patient identifier on root dataset level being displayed as the first, followed by the patient identifiers from Other Patient IDs Sequence (0010,1002)
There can be setups where users are long used to seeing just the primary patient identifier when they look at list of patients. Therefore adjust display of patient identifier shown in the list of patient records by UI Configuration attribute
