UI: Concatenate Other Patient IDs to primary Patient ID - delimited by ~ - passed by Path Parameter invoking RESTful services:

• PUT /dcm4chee-arc/aets/{aet}/rs/patients/{patientID} - Update, Create, Merge or Change Patient ID of patient
• DELETE /dcm4chee-arc/aets/{aet}/rs/patients/{patientID} - Delete Patient Permanently
• POST /dcm4chee-arc/aets/{aet}/rs/patients/{patientID}/unmerge - Unmerge Patient
• POST /dcm4chee-arc/aets/{aet}/rs/patients/{patientID}/pdq/{PDQServiceID} - Update Patient Demographics
• GET /dcm4chee-arc/pdq/{pdqServiceID}/patients/{patientID} - Query Patient Demographics
• GET /dcm4chee-arc/aets/{aet}/diff/pdq/{pdqServiceID}/patients - Compare Patient Demographics
• GET /dcm4chee-arc/xroad/RR441/{patientID} - x-road RR441
• Open Patient in Viewer

If the primary Patient ID matches with one of the Other Patient IDs, it should only be included once in the passed Path Parameter.
