The Air Wing Configuration window has to be manually resized each time a new campaign is generated in order to see its full contents. It would be good if it could have a larger default window size so it doesn't have to be resized each time.

This is what it currently looks like:

Issue 3232: Clean up Air Wing Configuration Dialogue Box (#3377)

Set default size of Air Wing Configuration Dialogue Box so that a whole
squadron can be seen, addressing #3232

Make some UI elements smaller so that the Dialogue Box does not take too
much screen real estate and works on smaller monitors.
