解決方法見つけたので共有します。（プルリクがよくわからないので）

Stability-AIのstablediffusionリポジトリをフォークしてURL先のように書き換えると12GBにおさまりました。（2、3GBは余裕がありそう）

WebUIからこんな感じで呼び出しています。
