Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It's always awkward sending people off to ddev.readthedocs.io.

glow and glamour provide a nice integrated way to present markdown on the terminal... so we could provide help search right in ddev.

@rfay I was playing a bit with bubbletea some weeks ago.
That could be interesting to build more interactive ddev commands, but requires a bigger refactoring.
With this idea we could integrate that. Then we can have windows (also fullscreen) in the cli.
That would also be nice for the list and describe command.

I've been tracking Bubbletea as well, looks like some great potential. Related:

Inspiring podcast with the folks from charm, makers of bubbletea, https://changelog.com/podcast/481 - loads of potential there for all areas of ddev.
